Wonderful for addressing subconscious and unconscious challenges, trauma, and other psychosocial disabilities. 

Using a less rigid approach, with a heavy emphasis on client-centered progression. Beneficial for any issues, challenges or processes that need to be heard and explored in a more familiar way via verbal language.

Not needing 'psychotherapy' as such, had bad experiences with 'counsellors/therapists', but would like someone to bounce ideas, explore a new path, or something else. Coaching/mentoring may feel safer.
